The item came brand new and broken only one side of the head set makes sound.

I purchased these, not expecting much. I was happily surprised when I received and tried them out.
They are a little bit tight - but I think that they will loosen up with more use.
The sound quality is good, especially for the price.
All-In-All, I am very happy with the headset.
